SOUND FAMILIAR?
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH NOW
Mesh sheets shifting around because there's nowhere proper to lock them in
Boards mixed in with everything else - nothing stays sorted
Screeds rolling loose or leaning in spots that damage them
Racking at the wrong height or width for your specific load
Gear not where you need it - wasting time on every job
Cheap materials or bad welds that don't hold up on site

WHAT'S INCLUDED
EVERY FEATURE HAS A REASON
A steel cover over the cab protects it from rust runoff — mesh sheets drip rust water constantly, and without a cover it damages the cab roof and windows over time.
A dedicated section for shorter boards that won't stack neatly with full-length material. Keeps everything sorted so you're not hunting through the full rack for a 1m board.
Enclosed steel cages on the frame keep pegs, pickets, brackets and other small items off the floor and contained. Everything has a spot so nothing gets lost or damaged.
A steel platform above the tray bed creates under-floor storage and keeps bulky items elevated and the tray usable underneath.
Every frame is built to suit your truck's exact tray size, your cab height, and your preferred loading style. Nothing gets bolted on as an afterthought.

To give you an accurate quote I need to see the truck in person and go over the design together — that's the only way to get the measurements right and make sure the build suits you exactly.
